C.M.S. REACT uses many different types of communications equipment and frequencies to conduct our team activities.  This allows our members to communicate not only amongst ourselves, but with other public safety agencies that we may be assisting.  In addition, having the capability to use multiple frequencies gives us a "safety net" should our primary communications system fail for some reason.  These are just some of the frequencies we use.

Amateur Radio - 2 meters, 440 meters, HF

UHF Radio - 440 MHz Band

VHF Radio - 150 MHz Band, 800 MHz Band

Our team has purchased a UHF repeater and it is located in central Manitowoc County.  This repeater gives us coverage throughout Manitowoc, Calumet and Sheboygan counties.
